March is here and with it the realization that Spring is right around the corner! Warmer temperatures are certainly welcome in our household! But this also means the Spring Selling season is also here! 

After an active winter, The McFarren-Borg-Archbold Team here at RE/MAX Results have some nice new listings that will be hitting soon! Keep an eye out for those. 

Although higher interest rates have slowed some buyers over the last several months, demand and prices remain strong. If you’ve been on the fence about selling, there is no time like the present to give us a call and and at least have us run some pricing scenarios for you to see what you could net from a sale this spring. 

And buyers, rates are still very reasonable hovering between 6.5% and 7.0% as of this writing. There is more opportunity for buyers out there RIGHT NOW then there has been in five or more years!
